Pasta

We love pasta, which is why we produce it freshly in our glass Manifattura every day. In each and every Vapiano, our guests can watch the pasta being made. To top it off, this is done in all Vapianos, without exception, as we do not have any central production facilities.

Only the best ingredients…

… make it into our pasta! Only water and semolina or wholegrain spelt wheat are used. With equal care and attention, the dough is formed into eleven different pasta types in our Manifattura. Each one has its unique characteristics. You can rest assured that you will always receive fresh pasta!

Exactly 90 seconds…

… are required to cook our fresh pasta. What goes best with homemade pasta? Our homemade sauces, of course! Should you want anything added to your pasta dish from the long list of ingredients, just let us know! Requests are not just welcome at Vapiano, but a further reason why we love fresh ingredients so much.
